Rationale
The conference offers instructors of English in Taiwan and their graduate students specializing in English Studies the opportunity to exchange their experiences and research results.
All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
Reviewing of Papers
The conference committee invites distinguished scholars to review the submitted abstracts and papers anonymously.
Submission of Abstracts
Abstracts should not be longer than 500 words, typed on one A4 page; 3-5 key words or terms should be included.
Please email your abstract as a Word file attachment, together with your application form, to
(singling@mail.nutn.edu.tw).After you send your abstract, please call to see if we receive it.
Format for full text paper (APA or MLA format):
Paper size: A4
Front: Heading –
Title: Times & New Roman 16 points (bold)
Organization and Name: Times & New Roman 14 points
Text – Times & New Roman 12 points
Margin: Top and bottom – 2.54 cm.
Left and right – 3.17 cm.
Spacing: Single spaced
Paragraph: Fully justified
Other regulations:
– No submitted abstract or full-text copies submitted will be returned. Make sure you have saved and kept a copy of your paper.
– Research papers should observe the intellectual property rights, in view of the use of reference materials, especially of the citation and referencing conventions.
Presentation time:
i. Paper presentation: 20 minutes
ii. Discussion: 10 minutes
